Refund Policy

1. Overview

Change Our Course is committed to student satisfaction and fair business practices. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our courses.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.

To qualify for this refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 days of enrollment
  • Provide written notice via email to [email protected]
  • Have accessed no more than 25% of the course materials

3. Refunds After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Serious illness or medical emergency (documentation required)
  • Documented technical issues preventing course access that we cannot resolve
  • Course cancellation by Change Our Course

Any refunds granted after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be partial refunds based on course completion percentage.

4. Course Cancellation by Provider

If Change Our Course cancels a course before its completion, enrolled students will receive:

  • Full refund of paid fees, or
  • Option to transfer enrollment to a future course offering, or
  • Credit toward another course of equal or lesser value

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Student violation of our Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct
  • Failure to complete the course due to personal circumstances (unless covered by Section 3)
  • Dissatisfaction with grades or assessment results
  • Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Failure to access course materials

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your full name, enrollment date, course name, and reason for refund request
  3. Attach any relevant documentation (for medical or technical issues)

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

7. Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, we may offer partial refunds calculated as follows:

  • 0-25% course completion: 75% refund
  • 26-50% course completion: 50% refund
  • 51-75% course completion: 25% refund
  • 76-100% course completion: No refund

Partial refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Change Our Course and only in exceptional circumstances.

8. Payment Plan Refunds

For students enrolled through payment plans, refund calculations will be based on payments already made minus any applicable fees or completed course portions.

9. European Consumer Rights

This policy complies with European consumer protection regulations. EU consumers have the right to cancel distance learning contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive.
